Article 1 (Co-creation)
Articles produced through this program are co-created works based on the Fellow's knowledge, structured and written by ISVD using AI technology.
Article 2 (Editorial Policy)
Content produced through this program shall adhere to the following editorial policy. Fellows agree to this policy upon joining the program.
- Writing style shall be unified with ISVD's existing content
- Political assertions or expressions premised on specific values or ideologies shall not be published
- Content shall focus on structural analysis of situations, maintaining a neutral analytical perspective
- ISVD holds editorial authority to adjust the structure and expression of content in accordance with this policy
- Content previously published on other platforms shall not be reproduced verbatim. When referencing a Fellow's prior published work, ISVD shall independently restructure the content
Article 3 (Approval)
ISVD shall not publish any article without obtaining the Fellow's final approval. Approval shall be recorded in writing (e.g., email) and retained by ISVD as evidence.
Article 4 (Rights)
Rights to the concepts and knowledge proposed by the Fellow belong to the Fellow. Copyright of text expressions generated using AI technology shall not be attributed to either party; ISVD holds an exclusive license for publication and distribution. Fellows may freely cite and use published articles in their own professional activities.
Article 5 (Accuracy Responsibilities)
The Fellow is responsible for the accuracy of specialized facts, while ISVD is responsible for logical structure and design.
Article 6 (AI Disclosure)
ISVD transparently discloses on its website that AI technology is used in the production of articles through this program.
Article 7 (Term and Renewal)
Fellowship appointments are for one year. Unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days before the end of the term, the appointment shall be automatically renewed for an additional one-year period under the same conditions.
Article 8 (Corrections & Withdrawal)
Post-publication corrections will be promptly addressed upon request from the Fellow. If withdrawal is requested, ISVD will unpublish the article or anonymize the Fellow's attribution within 30 days. After withdrawal, ISVD retains the right to maintain the article content in anonymized form.
Article 9 (Personal Information)
Personal information displayed on Fellow profiles is based on the Fellow's consent. Profiles will be taken private within 6 months of the Fellow's departure. Details are subject to ISVD's Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Revocation of Fellowship by ISVD)
ISVD may revoke the Fellow's designation by written notice in any of the following cases:
- The Fellow engages in conduct that is materially contrary to ISVD's mission or objectives
- The Fellow violates applicable laws in a manner that may damage ISVD's reputation
- The Fellow materially breaches these terms
- Other unavoidable circumstances arise
In the event of revocation, the handling of previously published articles shall follow Article 8.
Article 11 (Confidentiality)
ISVD and the Fellow shall not disclose unpublished information of the other party obtained during the co-creation process to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of the fellowship.
Article 12 (Amendment of Terms)
ISVD may amend these terms. In such cases, ISVD shall notify the Fellow of the changes at least 30 days in advance. If the Fellow does not raise an objection within 30 days of notification, the Fellow shall be deemed to have consented to the amendments.
Article 13 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
ISVD and the Fellow each represent and warrant that they are not affiliated with anti-social forces and do not maintain any relationship with such forces. If either party is found to be in violation of this representation, the other party may terminate the fellowship without prior notice.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
