Urban Sound Environment
Stress from everyday noise can be treated as a question of urban design and regulation, not personal sensitivity. Using Bunkyo Ward as our field, we map noise data and analyse the structure of the rules.
Civic Tech
Kousou0 reads the state of a town in one shared format. Gikai Commons lets you search and cite what was said in local assemblies. 1,741 municipalities and 47 prefectures on the same scale, with a permanent link and a clear source for every statement.
