These Terms of Use (hereinafter "these Terms") set forth the conditions for using the website isvd.or.jp (hereinafter "this Site") and various services provided on this Site, operated by the Institute for Social Vision Design (hereinafter "the Organization"). By using this Site, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Chapter 1: General Site Usage
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to all pages of this Site (isvd.or.jp) and services provided on this Site. Where separate terms are established for individual services, such terms shall form part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Copyright)
Copyright for content published on this Site (text, images, data, programs, etc.) belongs to the Organization or rightful owners. When quoting, please properly cite the source within the scope of copyright law.
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
The Organization does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information published on this Site. All judgments and actions based on this Site's information are at the user's own risk, and the Organization bears no responsibility for any resulting damages.
Article 4 (Handling of Personal Information)
The handling of users' personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in the following actions when using this Site:
- Unauthorized access or actions that may constitute unauthorized access

Chapter 2: SDI Assessment Service Terms
Article 6 (Service Content)
The SDI Assessment (Social Design Index Assessment) is an AI-powered diagnostic tool. Assessment results are reference information for multi-dimensional evaluation of social issue initiatives and do not constitute specific evaluations, ratings, or certifications.
Article 7 (Usage Precautions)
All judgments and decisions based on assessment results are at the user's own risk. The Organization does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of assessment results and bears no responsibility for damages resulting from actions based on assessment results.
Chapter 3: Membership Service Terms
Article 8 (Membership Registration)
Membership registration is done via email address. Please provide accurate information when registering. If false information is discovered, the Organization may cancel the registration.
Article 9 (Withdrawal)
Members may withdraw at any time. Membership status expires upon completion of withdrawal procedures.
Chapter 4: Individual Consultation Sessions
Article 10 (Service Content)
This service is a one-time individual session. It does not include coaching, education, production support, negotiation representation, operational delegation, or ongoing support. It does not guarantee specific actions, results, solutions, or success.
Article 11 (Judgment Responsibility and Disclaimer)
This service is limited to information organization. All final judgments, actions, and results are the responsibility of the applicant, and the Organization bears no responsibility for damages, disputes, or troubles.
Article 12 (Contract Formation)
The contract is established upon completion of the application process and payment. Changes to content are generally not permitted.
Article 13 (Fees and Payment)
Fees are the amounts displayed at the time of application (tax included). Transfer fees are borne by the applicant.
Article 14 (Cancellation and Refunds)
As a general rule, refunds are not provided. Refunds will be issued in cases at the Organization's convenience. Schedule changes will be accommodated once if deemed reasonable.
Article 15 (Prohibited Actions)
- Providing false information
- Actions that infringe on the rights of the Organization or third parties
- Unauthorized publication, reproduction, or sale of session content
- Actions that violate laws and regulations
Article 16 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights related to this service belong to the Organization or rightful owners.
Article 17 (Ongoing Involvement)
This service is a one-time session. If ongoing involvement is needed, it will be provided as a separate service/contract by Correlate Design LLC.
Article 18 (Handling of Personal Information)
The handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Chapter 5: General Provisions
Article 19 (Changes to Terms)
The Organization may change these Terms without prior notice to users. Revised terms take effect upon publication on this Site.
Article 20 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Organization's location as the court of first instance.
