Payment Timing
- Credit card: Charged immediately upon application
- Bank transfer: Please transfer within 7 days of application. Applications may be cancelled if payment is not confirmed by the due date.
Service Delivery
- Supporting membership: The membership period is confirmed after payment and a confirmation email is sent. Annual reports and occasional activity updates are delivered by email. Acknowledgement in the annual report is optional and subject to review. Discord access and individual consultations are not included
- Paid consultations: Booking instructions are emailed after payment. The 30-minute online consultation takes place at your booked time

Returns & Cancellations
Supporting Membership (One-Year Payment)
JPY5,000 covers 12 months from confirmed payment. There is no automatic renewal or charge. An early renewal adds one year to the existing expiry; renewal after expiry starts a new 12-month term from payment. A renewal reminder is sent within 30 days before expiry.
Members may withdraw or stop acknowledgement in the annual report through the management link in their email. Withdrawal does not entitle a member to a prorated fee refund. Duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected. If the Organization cannot deliver the promised service for reasons attributable to it, a refund is considered according to the circumstances. Please contact us for refund requests.
Paid Consultations (Sales / Sales Email Policy Adoption)
Both consultations cost JPY11,000 including tax for 30 minutes. Book a time after payment. Cancellation before booking is fully refundable. Once booked, the courses and events cancellation policy below applies to the consultation date.
Courses & Events
- 7+ days before the event: Full refund
- 1–6 days before the event: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
- On or after the event date: No refund
- If cancelled by the Organization, a full refund will be provided.
Design Support Services
Subject to individual contract terms.
Nonprofit Support Services
As stated under "Cancellation" in the "Nonprofit Support Services" table above.
Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds are not accepted after purchase, except in cases of significant defects.

- Online courses: May use video conferencing tools such as Zoom
Application Validity
- Bank transfer: 7 days from application date
- Credit card: No expiration (immediate settlement)
Cooling-Off Period
Our services are classified as "mail-order sales" under Japanese law. The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales (Article 15-3 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions). However, we offer the return/cancellation terms described above within the specified periods.
