Nonprofit Support Services (Google for Nonprofits, Google Ad Grants, Incorporation)

Payment Timing
- Credit card: Charged immediately upon application
- Bank transfer: Please transfer within 7 days of application. Applications may be cancelled if payment is not confirmed by the due date.

- Courses & Events: As listed on each course/event page

Returns & Cancellations
Membership Services (Subscription)
Cancellation is available at any time. Services remain accessible until the end of the cancellation month. No prorated refunds for the current billing period.
Courses & Events
- 7+ days before the event: Full refund
- 1–6 days before the event: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
- On or after the event date: No refund
- If cancelled by the Organization, a full refund will be provided.
Design Support Services
Subject to individual contract terms.
Nonprofit Support Services
As stated under "Cancellation" in the "Nonprofit Support Services" table above.
Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds are not accepted after purchase, except in cases of significant defects.

- Internet: Stable broadband connection recommended
- Online courses: May use video conferencing tools such as Zoom
Application Validity
- Bank transfer: 7 days from application date
- Credit card: No expiration (immediate settlement)
Cooling-Off Period
Our services are classified as "mail-order sales" under Japanese law. The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales (Article 15-3 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions). However, we offer the return/cancellation terms described above within the specified periods.
