Note on Article 72 of the Attorneys Act
The Institute's role is limited to accompanying clients in regulation drafting, implementation integration, and operational design. Dispute representation (post-invoice response, litigation, payment demand) is referred to attorneys or law firms; the Institute does not directly act as legal representative.

Regulation customization and lawyer review arrangement
We adjust the regulation draft to your organization's business and operations, and arrange a paid review by a partner law firm to verify legal consistency before the regulation takes effect.
Implementation integration and notification design
We integrate the form consent UI, API validation, PII-redacted Discord/Slack notifications, and BigQuery violation aggregation tables with your existing site's technology stack.
Operational training and monthly report design
We provide internal training for objection handling, automation of monthly violation reports, regulation revision support, and a referral window to attorneys when disputes arise.
