We listen to the challenges you want to address, resources available, and the social vision you aim for. If you have an existing plan, we start with a review.

Stakeholder analysis & partnership design

We visualize all stakeholders (beneficiaries, government, funders, partners) and design each party's role and relationships.

Logic model & evaluation design

We design the causal chain from activities → outputs → outcomes → impact, and define KPIs to measure progress.

Strategy document & consensus building

We compile the strategy into formats suitable for grant applications, board reports, and resident briefings. We also facilitate consensus-building among stakeholders.
